TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are shipped C.O.D. until credit is approved.

TERMS

C.O.D, cash or certified check for first orders or until credit line has been established. After 30 days, accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge (18% per annum). There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

SHIPPING

All orders are FOB MANHATTAN BEACH CA: UPS (ground) shipment unless otherwise requested.

DELAYS

Seller assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused by delay or inability to deliver as a result, directly or indirectly, of acts of God, floods, fires, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, embargoes, delays of carriers, acts of military authorities, sabotage, Seller’s inability to obtain raw material, supplies or equipment, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond Seller’s responsible control.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

All claims must be made directly to FRESH TEA, within 7 days of receipt of shipment.  No returns are to be made without prior authorization from FRESH TEA.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in writing three weeks prior to requested ship date, unless name drop, which must be received four weeks prior to requested ship date.

COLORS

Due to the piece dying process, variations in lots can occur.  Matching cannot be guaranteed.
